Education is the foundation of any community and iSHED is committed to play its part by working with local communities to rehabilitate, and build school facilities in rural areas. The program involves conventional as well as non-conventional methods of education.
In 2011-2012 at the cost of Rs. 850,000/- iSHED was able to make a significant repairs on the existing boys and girls primary schools in village Kadir Dino Shah (also known as Ghulam Mustafa Shah Village) in Tando Mohammad Khan District of Sindh, Pakistan. With our efforts now 2 classrooms are operational providing safe educational environment for 90 boys and 60 girls of the village 6 days a week. We hope to increase both enrollment and teaching staff In the coming years.
